- W3's will cover all the parts and labor necessary to return your product to
factory specifications wherever you are. If your product cannot be repaired,
W3 will provide for a replacement.
Power Surge Protection
- Whether the cause is from a brownout or line spike, with W3's Protect-IT
Plan you are covered.
- The Protect-IT Plan program is fully underwritten by a federally licensed
insurance company.
On-Site/Express Coverage
- On-Site and Express coverage is available for your convenience. You can
upgrade your Protect-IT plan to next business day in-home/business service or
4-hour service guarantee. Overnight express service is available for
notebooks. Ask your W3 sales representative about these enhanced services.
No Deductibles
- No deductibles, no hidden charges, no out of pocket costs for W3's
Protect-IT plan holders. W3 will pay any covered claim from the first dollar.
- W3's Customer Service Representatives are available at your convenience.
Please refer to your Protect-IT service plan terms and conditions.
Transferability
- When you sell your product, call W3's Customer Service Representatives to
transfer coverage. W3's coverage follows the product, which may enhance its
market value.
Renewable
- Protect-IT can be extended on most products for up to 1 year at a time, at
the expiry of the initial contract. Just ask your W3 sales representative.
