At Phaselock Systems, we ensure that your online shopping experience is conducted in

Phaselock Systems is committed to protecting your online privacy. When conducting an online transaction at our site we will collect some personal information to facilitate the completion of the transaction and to improve and personalize future services to you. This information will be strictly for Phaselock's use only.
Phaselock Systems does not sell, rent or exchange user information.
Security
Phaselock Systems has made every effort to ensure that your transactions with us are conducted with the utmost security possible for online purchasing. All transactions with Phaselock Systems are conducted using Secure Socket Layers (SSL).
When provided, your private information, such as credit card data, is
encrypted and can only be decrypted and read by our servers. We support and
recommend browsers with 128-bit encryption.
For the security of your computer and account, your transaction session will
be terminated if there is no activity for a period of 40 minutes, and you will
be prompted to sign in again.

Pricing and Payment
Tax Exemption
Taxes are only exempt with the presentation of appropriate taxation documents. To register your status as tax-exempt, please contact us at (613) 742-7070 and Phaselock Systems will set up your profile and account accordingly.
Credit cards
Maximum security is ensured by encrypting credit card information prior to transmission. This information resides only on our secure servers. Phaselock Systems accepts Mastercard and VISA.
Pricing
Phaselock Systems pricing is in Canadian dollars. In the event of typographical errors, Phaselock Systems reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the time the incorrect pricing was posted. Customers would be notified and given the opportunity to purchase at the revised pricing. Payment terms for approved accounts are net 30 days. Interest on overdue accounts is calculated monthly at a variable rate.
